small room lack of service
the room was smaller than advertised, i was expecting more space. the rooftop area was nice, but it lacked service, with no phone available to contact reception. finding a staff member in public areas like the bar or dining room was difficult one saturday evening at 7pm.

perfect location two-minute walk clean room minor repairs jacuzzi bath late noise
my wife and i stayed at the hotel recently. our honeymoon lasted six days there. i can say without hesitation it was a highlight of our trip. the location was perfect, about a two-minute walk to the cathedral. the room was very clean and well organized every day.
the room was small. it needed some minor repairs. the jacuzzi bath was not working, and the taps were loose in the sink. i also found the air conditioning not working when we arrived. noise from the courtyard occurred late at night.

central location rooftop terrace church bells
The staff were kind. They were pretty good. the location is central. It's easy to walk to everything. the rooftop terrace was a favorite spot. it was peaceful with sounds of birds and church bells away from the bustle of the city.
The air conditioning did not work when i arrived. It was a little inconvenient

breakfast included fresh options made to order the smiling chef and waitress ensured everything tasted great the staff was very accommodating they brought breakfast with a smile
the absence of lunch and dinner service on the upstairs balcony was slightly disappointing i missed the vibe of eating and drinking there

the location was great , very close to everything. the staff was friendly and helpful with all requests.
the room was a bit smaller than i expected , and it needed some minor repairs. the jacuzzi bath in the room was not working .
